Docs-only. Records that Layer 2 (malpern/kanata#26, bundled via #885) is merged and deployed, with the 2026-06-11 live verification results (no autorepeat burst, stable-path reuse observed in the daemon log, reset fired on every recovery, ~3s re-grab after daemon availability). Links Layer 3 to malpern/kanata#27. Closes the loop promised in the #885 review response.
